MATERIAL:  The product is made from high-quality wood. The vertical guides use solid wood, and the pull-up bar is made from plywood. Wood is varnished and polished. Product are protected with lacquer on water based, safe for children.

Ladder dimensions: 210 cm - 86" (H) x 80 cm - 31.5" (W). Swedish ladder has 10 crossbars. Unit is able to hold up to 120 kg (260 pounds).

The maximum possible load on the pull-up bar:

• 25 mm (1 inch) bars: up to 80 kg (170 pounds)
• 32 mm (1 1/4 inch) bars: up to 120 kg (260 pounds)

ASSEMBLY: The wall bars are delivered disassembled with assembly instructions + Video manual. The wall bars must be fixed to the wall. Assembly is quick and simple.

USES: The wall bars have many uses and are widely used in gyms and schools. They are used simply for climbing and for coordination skills, particularly in primary school education. They are also used by more advanced gymnasts for resistance training, flexibility training or abdominal exercises. Gymnasts can hang from a higher bar with their back facing the bar and perform abdominal exercises, or hang facing the bar to stretch their back. Wall bars are also useful for parkour training.
